WHY JOINERY COMPANIES
ARE SEEKING CHAIN OF CUSTODY CERTIFICATION
APRIL 2005

companies are finding it's not enough simply to produce a good
quality product. I don't mean that basic quality of manufacture
doesn't matter any more a door or window has to do its
job, or else the customer will go elsewhere. But once they are
satisfied on this front, other factors influence the final decision
as to which supplier gets the business.
