This year marks a very special milestone - 40 years of R J Parry Joinery.
Founded in 1986 by Rob Parry, the business began in modest surroundings, operating from the family’s shed with a clear commitment to producing high-quality joinery and building lasting client relationships. From those early foundations, R J Parry Joinery has grown steadily into a respected manufacturer of bespoke joinery, supplying projects across the UK.
The company has always been rooted in family values. Rob’s wife, Joyce, played an integral role in the development of the business, and their children, Ben and Jane, grew up immersed in its daily operations. What began as a small family venture has evolved into a thriving operation while retaining the same principles on which it was established.
Today, the business operates from a purpose-built 12,500 sq ft facility and is supported by a team of 22 skilled professionals. Many members of the team have been with the company for over 20 years, with second-generation employees now joining the workforce — a testament to the strong culture, loyalty and long-term relationships that define R J Parry Joinery.
Now led day-to-day by Ben Parry, the company continues to uphold the values instilled from the outset: quality craftsmanship, integrity in delivery, and a genuine commitment to clients. These principles have enabled R J Parry Joinery to build trusted partnerships with contractors, developers, architects and private clients alike.
